Alpine Texworld Limited – Company Overview
Alpine Texworld Limited (formerly known as Alpine Spinweave Limited) is a Gujarat-based textile manufacturing company engaged primarily in the production and sale of Grey Fabric made from cotton and blended yarn. The company was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
The company operates across both spinning and weaving segments of the textile value chain. To improve operational efficiency and reduce production costs, Alpine Texworld has adopted a backward integration strategy by establishing its own spinning unit. This enables the company to produce yarn in-house instead of relying entirely on external suppliers.
Currently, the company operates two manufacturing facilities located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat:
Manufacturing Unit 1 – Weaving Unit and Sizing Plant
Manufacturing Unit 2 – Spinning Unit
Both facilities are situated on adjacent land parcels, allowing seamless movement of yarn from the spinning unit to the weaving unit. This strategic setup helps reduce transportation costs and improves overall manufacturing efficiency.
Alpine Texworld utilizes advanced automated machinery sourced from globally recognized manufacturers such as Toyota, Picanol, Itema, and Karl Mayer. The company has an annual weaving capacity of 18 million meters of Grey Fabric and an annual spinning capacity of 6,000 metric tonnes of cotton and blended yarn.
As part of its expansion strategy, the company acquired a 97% stake in Alpine Cottweave LLP, making it a subsidiary. Alpine Cottweave LLP operates 72 high-speed Picanol airjet looms, increasing the group’s total weaving capacity to 27.6 million meters per annum.
For Fiscal Year 2026, the company reported revenue from operations of approximately ₹338.68 crore, with Grey Fabric contributing around 96.69% of total operating revenue. While the majority of its customers are located in Gujarat, the company also supplies products to customers in states such as Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, and Telangana.
The company is promoted by Sumit Champalal Agrawal, Sandeep Santkumar Agrawal, and Sachinkumar Santkumar Agrawal, who collectively possess extensive experience in the textile industry. Their expertise in manufacturing, business development, procurement, and strategic management has contributed significantly to the company’s growth and operational success.
